Extended Profiles Help

    I am using Extended Profiles and some users are SPAMMING the Site through the required  PRIMARY REQUIRED Field. They keep typing in stupid crap there but there is no way to DELETE that Field.

     

    Can someone help maybe hide it or Delete it.
