Failed to set up menu directories

I have installed it the first time and use the default theme of bp. However, I found that the activity, members, groups. forums, Sample Page tags are pointing to non-existing directories.

Please advise what’s wrong with installation. Thanks.

Thank you aces!! I found that I should copy the .htaccess file to the same directory as index.php
Now it works!
