Fatal Error (Call to undefined function bp_core_do_network_admin() in

As I was trying to change some features in website, I decided to deactivate the Buddypress plugin for a while. Immediately buddypress plugin and some plugins associated to bp are crashed. I got the following Notification. Rest of the plugins are working good. I can access my cpanel but in cpanel I could not access any of the plugins.
Error: Call to undefined function bp_core_do_network_admin() in D:\Hosting\11531525\html\wp-content\plugins\buddypress-virtual-gifts-widget-make-money-boost-social-network-engagement\lib\admin\admin.php on line 44
This is the error message I am getting.
I do not remember which version of bp i was using. wordpress version is 3.6
