Fixing my registration page: HTTP shows twice and adding text.

For some reason, on my registration page, in the Blog URL field, “http” is showing up twice. Have a look see: http://studioself.com/network/register/
I need to fix that.

Also, I want to add just a short bit of text: Where it says “Blog URL (required)” I would like to add something like “You may register and map your own domain once you have registered”

Can someone please help?

I thought we fixed this in a previous release, but maybe not fully. Please submit a bug report on https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org, and you can use your name/password from this site. Thanks

I am at a loss. I can’t find that anywhere.

We need someone to recreate and confirm this issue, and then create a bug ticket. Does anyone have a test multisite handy?

@djpaul cannot recreate the issue. Checked http://studioself.com/file/template-bp-registration and noticed it was not corrected per boone’s fix bp_blogs_get_subdomain_base() in ticket posted above.

@johnnyalxndr either you need to update your theme’s register.php file yourself per fix posted in trac ticket above and/or contact theme author about the issue. Are you using the latest version of Salutation theme?
