flag on forum post not group home activity

Hi, I don’t use the group home and want flagging to be in the post when clicked not the group home’s activity.
Also how can I delete a flagged content from the backend list rather than mark as deleted. Changing the link text to ‘flag’ doesn’t work on posts or groups.
