Is it possible for sticky forum posts to appear on top of the forum directory and not just the individual group that it was posted to?

I’d really like a solution to this as well. I noticed that these forums have some with a lock symbol, and that’s exactly what I’d like to see.

Any thoughts on or solutions to this yet?
