friend request button not wworking

Hi i have made a site using word press and buddy press / there is a problem which i am facing , to test the site i have made two test accounts . when i try to add one test account with other one ,it wont work for example i send the friend request press the button”Add friend” the other account also gets the message but the indication which the other account should get is “accept request” but in my case it shows only “cancel friend request” and thats what shows in the first account as well through which i sent the friend request. please help 🙁

@ajim808 WP/BP versions? Could be that your theme needs to be upgraded or that there’s a plugin conflict, it all depends. What theme/version are you using? Have you contacted theme author?

@mercime, i’m using BP 3.5 and WP 1.6.3. with the BP default theme.

@ajim808 It’s working in current WP/BP versions. Have you tried re-uploading BuddyPress plugin manually e.g. via s/FTP? Have you tried deactivating plugins except BuddyPress to see if it’s a plugin conflict?
