Is anybody already doing a german translation?

If not, we could do that (if somebody explains to me, how exactly to do it )

I have nearly translated the whole thing….

My test site is running at meebo.bplaced.net!

I will switch to another domain tommorrow!

Be patient

Translation is done in the the source and not via a language file…

Sorry, but the official german translation is on the way, we at buddypress.de have only waited for the implementation of load_textdomain, which enable to load the localization. Be patient!

Die deutsche offizielle Ãœbersetzung kommt, wir (buddypress.de) hatten nur noch darauf gewartet, dass BuddyPress die passende Funktion bekommmt, dass es Sprachdateien laden kann. Bitte noch etwas gedulden.

fight4life – it’s not a good idea to translate the source – as the source will change over time.
