Grabbing User’s email for embedding in submitted form?

    @thetrainspotter

    I am using WP 3.3. BP 1.5.2 with Contact Form 7 and Postie, both latest versions.

    So – here is the hack. I want to enable users to post content on my blog. I do this by setting up a form in Contact Form 7 and embedding that form on a page that users can access.

    The mail (generated by CF7) is sent to an email address which then will be imported via Postie. The Postie plugin simply takes the content of the Subject Line and the Body and uses that as the Title (subject) and Post content (body).

    So far so good. At this time – all the content is coming from the admin email – meaning that every post submitted by the user via the form will be registered as if it was posted by the admin of the site.

    I would like to ensure that logged in users (members) can upload via the form without having to type in their email address. I want to grab it and automatically put their email as the sender of the email. That way the post will automatically be credited to the user.

    How would I go about grabbing my buddypress users emails? And how would I go about getting it into CP7?

    Anybody with some bright ideas?

    Thanks!
