Group blog conflict

Hey guys,
Quick question, when using group hierarchy and group blog, registering a group blog causes the automatically generated URL for the group blog to be: htt://[topgroup]/[subgroup].[domain] or in my case: http://wyominglawenforcementacademy/wleaclass1blog.wyoln.org/Any thoughts?
