BuddyPress.org

I’m new to BuddyPress and still somewhat novice when it comes to WordPress in general. I’ve been assigned the task of setting up a BuddyPress site. Everything in the system is fairly vanilla and plain. I started with developing a working WordPress site using the Responsive Theme.

Everything was working fine and my customer was happy with where I was going. Then I went and added BuddyPress. BuddyPress seemed to be working fine until I created my first group, then my home page started giving me the Redirect Loop Error. I’ve discovered I only get it when I’m logged in. I’ve also discovered that I can disable the error by disabling “User Groups” on the Components tab.
