Help troubleshooting group creation error at step 2

    Hi all
    I’m running the latest WP and BP version.

    During the group creation process after writing group title+description I don’t see any of the text of step 2
    If I press next-step I get an error “Are you sure you want to do this?”

    The error persists after disabling all plugins but BuddyPress and switching to a default theme.

    I guess it must be something related to the dev environment but I don’t know how to troubleshoot this further, has anyone any tips I can try?
