Hide “Private message” button if not a follower

    The plugin works great but it would be nicer if the button “Private Message” isn’t shown if the logged user can’t send the message because the destinatary is not following him.

    Could this be added in a future release ?

    +1 on this. I think it will become annoying to users if they attempt to send a message, but aren’t warned until they go through all of the steps.
