Hiding author in activity stream

Hi, I’m trying to hide user name from the entries in the activity stream. How do I achieve that?

Will you clarify what your goal is here?

Removing usernames from the activity stream will make the activity stream pretty worthless, right? Were you hoping to replace usernames with nicenames or something like that?

Well I like the facebook-like activity stream, but I also want users to post anonymously since it is a key feature that I want my site to offer

Hey guys, could you at least suggest which files I have to “play with” to obtain the desired effect? Where can I find some kind of “higher level documentation” like a diagram or something to understand how things work in BuddyPress?
