Homepage Widgets

    Hi, I’ve created my mobile homepage (bp-mobile) which is now displaying whatever content I place into it, and I have changed the template in the right panel to be the same as my desktop theme template. However it isn’t displaying the widgets.
    I’ve searched the forums and couldn’t find anything.
    A quick look at sidebar.php shows it to be empty. Is there something I need to place in here in order to get it to load the widgets?

    For the record i’m using; wp: v3.2.1, bp: v1.5, bpm: v1.5.2.1

    Any help is appreciated.

    There is no room for a sidebar on a mobile. If users want the full desktop that is what the footer link is for. If you add bp widgets your mobile theme will load twice as slow. Mobile access should not replicate the desktop it should give your users the most important info fast.

    If you add anything to sidebar.php you will break the theme layout.
