How can I make the photos appear in the activity stream?

I see that there is an option to enable/disable this feature. Mine is set to enable but it is still not showing from the activity stream.

I have disabled all the plugins to see if there was any conflict but it didn’t help.

How can I properly uninstall the plugin and reinstall back? I have no problem uploading photos. They are there but just not showing up in the activity stream. Pls. help!

Same issue. WP3.1 and BP 1.2.8 with custom theme.

Everything works fine, but no update is posted to the activity stream.

Hi,

Same issue with WP 3.0.1 and BP 1.2.6

Activity feed is not showing new uploads, but in the Sitewide Activity Widget by Buddydev.com (http://buddydev.com/plugins/buddypress-sitewide-activity-widget/), the uploads are showing up !

Any idea ?

In BP-Album, the item is not added to the activity stream until the user ticks the “enable comments/activity” box in the item editing screen, and clicks save. At that point, an activity stream post for the item will be created.

In BP-Media (BP-Album version 0.1.9 onwards) items are automatically added to the activity stream.
