Out of the box, each goup member has in his profile menu the one under the howdy on top right) “my groups“.
When on a members profile page, there is also a My groups (2) menu on the group menu bar
But there is nowhere a specific menu saying “The groups i admin” or something like this.
The only place to know who is group admin is on the group page itself. A the right of the group header. Mods are also mentionned at that place.
If you need absolutely a customised menu or a list of groups a member is admin of, you have to create it yourself.
