How to Add a template to the Email Attributes dropdown

I created a new template in Welcome Pack folder, basically a clone of the Welcome_Pack_template, and its not showing in the email, template dropdown.

Any help? I guess I could edit the existing two, but would like to keep those original.

Put the template into your theme. Make sure that the “Email Template” header in the file is something unique.

Yep. Put the template you made into the theme folder that yore using: somewhere in /wp-content/themes/
