Okay guys for testing purposes to see what the site will do, I clear the cache or history out of my browser and while I was logged into my site I got this two login forms and link to registration page on two side bars so my question is how can I redirect this I mean logging out in any shape or form to redirect to registration page.

Open up one of your sidebar templates and remove the login form. Looks strange to have two.
