How to create a blogroll for all buddypress subscribers?

Hi all,
I was wondering, how can I use this plugin to make a blogroll accessible to all of my Buddypress subscribers? I want them to be able to add any links they want to their own personal blogroll, without having to go to the back-end of wordpress to do so. Can someone please help? Me love you long time.
