How to do arabic translation?

Hi,
I’m working on buddypress and now i have to do multilingual site. I want to include the arabic translation in my site. Could any one can provide me the mo file for the default buddypress theme?? Or please let me know how i can achieve the multilingual (arabic) translation?? Awaiting for your response!!
