How to exclude some pages?

Hi and thanks a lot for the Plugin. This is what I’m searching for!
But could you please tell me how to exclude special pages and profiles?
I would love to see everything private excepted profiles, user blogs, blogs directory, main blog and some special pages. But until now I don’t understand how to realize that? E.g. what is the code to exclude a page? And where do I have to use it?It would be so great if you could help me!
