How to link automatically user to several groups

Hi,
i am a new member here and i am working on a project with buddypress. that’s really interesting but i am stuck now.
i would like to know whether it is possible to :
-disable groupe creation for a normal user, only admin can manage group
and
-automatically link a user to severals groups (actually 2 groups) during the first registration.

re disable group creation for all users except admin -> you can do this in Settings > BuddyPress > Settings — Groups

re automatically link user to several groups -> no plugin that I know of does this. You could either code this or wait for a developer to create one or hire a developer to make a plugin
