How to list all members of a BuddyPress Website?

I need to display a list of members of our BuddyPress website in a page and preferably, also display the member’s profile page link and avatar. Also I need to exclude the admin user from the list. What is/are the plugin/s that I need to use in order to achieve this?

i don’t believe their are any plugins available that would help, so if your uncomfortable with code, you may need to hire a developer.

Otherwise, if your a developer or atleast somewhat comfortable around code then the members loop (1) sounds exactly like what your after with some help from this tutorial (2) from @sbrajesh
