How to make achievement recon courseware grades number?

Forgive me if the question was asked before, I can’t view more than one page on this site’s forum. So, I ask here:
For example, if a student gained a grade of 3, he’ll receive 30 points, if he gained a grade of 5, he’ll receive 50 points. How to made this working?
