how to make it so that Videos not open in a YouTube.com new browser-window

I clicked onto the thumbnail-image of the LINK for a YouTube-video and it opened up the YouTube-video within my own website, showing a dark-transparent-background of my website.
This is an absolutely great feature of this plugin !!!

How can I achieve the same effect when the user clicks onto the LINK-Title ?
So I do not want to have the YouTube-video opening-up in a new-browser-window forwarding to YouTube.com, but ALWAYS opening the Videos within my own website (with the transparent background-effect).

    How to do this ?

You need to write some javascript that does the same thing to the a.link-external selector.
