How to put activity page in navigation?

Hey guys. So I want to add a page to the navigation where users can go to to see their own BuddyPress profile.
This is my profile on my site: http://www.skyforgelabs.com/members/mycelus/
I want to add this, but instead of taking it to my profile, it would take users to their own profile, and if the person wasn’t logged in, then it would take it to say a login / register page.
How would I go about doing this?
