How to translate/localize custom profile field names and values?

    I’ve tried using qTranslate’s codes (`` and `[en:]`) when adding the custom profile field and then adding the localization code (“) to register.php but I just can’t get it to work. Also, I’m a PHP noob and I’m probably doing it wrong. Does anyone know of a way I can do this?

    Using the qtranslate code have u checked the DB what is being inserted.
    It may be the case that u are inserting successfully but only displaying incorrectly. This has happened to me several times.
