images in streams [solved]

    Interesting idea. I was thinking of doing something for MP3 files, but I guess it would be quite easy to extend this to other extensions like JPGs, PNGs and GIFs.

    Will probably make its way in a companion plugin that will extend support to WP’s embed list.

    posting of images would be awesome.
    I thought this was already possible with BuddyPress by default ?

    well, there were guys posting images into the activity-stream at testbp.org, so not sure if oEmbed is required to post images into the Activity-Stream ???

    You can post images using the regular IMG HTML code without any plugin.

    eg.

    What I thought you meant was typing in a link to an image which will automatically transform into that image when posted.
