Importing Duplicate Tweets

I’m starting to see the same tweet getting imported a dozen times or more in my activity stream. I checked the member’s twitter accounts and see 1 tweet, but it could duplicate 20 times or more in my activity stream.
I even tried setting a limit of 4 tweets per user per day, but that made no difference.
Seems like this one still has some big issues…
