Integrating Events (and other advanced features) to BuddyPress
We have a relatively complex customized version of buddypress that is in need of some changes to improve usability from a functional perspective. There are 6 core areas of the system:
General Posts and Member Tagging
We have the core of the system, but it was built by a non-buddypress expert and each function tends to work on it’s own. For instance private messaging includes the built in auto-complete feature, but this same feature is not available anywhere else in the site (i.e. tagging.)
We’d like to have these items integrated as much as possible. If needed, we’re not opposed to a complete rebuild, though we don’t believe it will be necessary.
If we are able to find a partner to support this project, there are several additional elements this project requires which we will request in ongoing iterations and releases.
