Invite accept link says -”Sorry, you must be invited to join this community.”

Everything seems to be working fine on IA except when clicking the “To accept this invitation, please visit” link it takes me to a page that says “Sorry, you must be invited to join this community.” I have tried to see if it is conflicting with another plugin, but so far I can’t resolve it.
Anyone have an idea what’s going on? A little help?
Is it a conflict with 1.5?
