Thanks for your feedback. Version 1.0.4 excludes the feeds also from protection, if the checkbox for “blog pages” is not active.

    Dennis,
First of all thank you for wonderful code for buddypress privacy. I have integrated it nicely on my site but have a small addition problem. Latest 1.0.4 excludes the feed from protection which is great. I tested it with google feeds and it loads nicely. However, try to go to widgetbox.com and create a widget with rss feed. It will not pull and says the blog is protected with a password. Very interesting and if that is recognizing it as a password protection I bet some other blog feeds have a problem as well. To create a widgetbox feed literally takes you second and you dont need to sign up for nothing. Test it out.

Another question is would it be possible in your scipt someplace to completely exclude rss feeds from protection. Not to call it from somewhere but simple remove needed code to be always open to public. Besides calling it in functions.

Thanks again for wonderful code man.!
