Is there an Action available upon Joining a Group

Hi

First of all, GREAT Job on the 1.2 Beta… I just upgraded to it (and had to rewrite my whole theme) but I am VERY impressed.

HAve been working with BP towards my Go Live for the past 2 months and I am falling more and more in love with it..

Enough praise — I was wondering if there was an action available that I can hook into when a user joins a group?

What I want is that everytime one of my editors joins a group, he gets automatically moderator status so he can get the admin nav displayed and can admin in the group.
