Issue with UTF-8 and   and Tweetstream

I think I may have discovered the issue (or at least part of it) with regard to the full_name not showing and possiblly the RSS activity stream mangle…
The feed is showing up as UTF-8 and there is an issue with the ANDnbsp character…. I think it’s all related and may be tied to this discussion:
