Limit users to two types/roles and limit personal information / contact info

    I’m looking to make a site one type of user will upload a video and another type of user will browse the site filtering the other user types by a genre or something.

    For the two to communicate they will need to speak to the admin who will then allow them to contact/view more information – there needs to be a 1 to 1 connection made so they can monitor their conversation as the admin will effectively be taking a cut out of any deal made between the two users.

    Is this something that could be made with BuddyPress?

    I’m also looking for this. Looks like one option is User Account Type Pro (http://rimonhabib.com/buddypress-user-account-type-pro-has-been-released/) but the information on this is sketchy, the pro site page is currently in maintenance mode and I read on another post that it is not compatible with 1.8. Also the Lite version on the WP repo has a few unanswered questions about whether this is being supported.

    So that looks a bit bleak. Anyone have any other ideas?
