Link in Emails not active

    I know there were other topics about this already, but they are now closed so I am reopening.

    Anyone have a solution for this? I thought it’d be as simple as adding in a link `%s` but that doesn’t work, like others have stated.

    Being able to click on a link is a huge deal with any sort of notification or activation email. I’d greatly appreciate any help and am also willing to donate a little for this feature. I can donate $20 bucks if others want to match it and let Paul know.

    No, I haven’t made any changes to Welcome Pack for a long time. I’ll revisit it before the end of the year, but the email customisation is particularly tricky to work with, so can’t promise anything until I read the code again.

    Thanks Paul. I, and many others, will appreciate it. It seems like ‘Welcome Pack’ would be part of core as so much of the social experience is being welcomed, notified, etc. And the current blah emails leave much to be desired.
