Links going to home page

Hi, recently I created a link going to a post on the same site under a group, it’s not a external link. I’ve done this before with no trouble. However, this time I noticed the link kept going to home page even though when I hovered over the link it had the right url. So then I just tried to navigate to that post normal and it kept going to home page. I couldn’t access that post anymore. I deleted the link and everything was fine and I could access it again.

I went and checked a previous link I created that went to a internal post and it was OK. I tried creating a different internal post link and same thing happening. I then created a external link to check that and that seemed OK. Any idea?

You are the first person to request the ability to link internally, and honestly I am not sure that this would be a very popular feature to support.

Yeah, I kind of agree with you but I was concerned people on my blog would link to their own posts from groups. Like say someone wrote a post on volunteer travel opportunities. They may want to add a link from the volunteer traveler group to their post.

I’ve tried it in testing and sometimes it works but then sometimes it don’t. I can’t really figure out what the reason is either. Why it works sometimes but not others. If it don’t work it makes the post totally inaccessible. When I delete the link I can access the post again.

Anyway, great plugin.
