Links in footer?

    Okay, so I have put links to some links(Privacy Policy, About, Disclaimer) in the footer, and have a problem.

    When I hover over a link, it displays the little edit text cursor, and the links don’t work. They do nothing. The hover effect happens, but they don’t go to the linked URL.

    Help?

    copy the code you used in your footer here and we might can see what you did wrong and tell you how to fix it..
