Localizing Buddypress Topic Mover

Hi,
I want to be able to localize strings in this plugin, but I’m not sure how to do it (as there’s no .pot file in the package — languages folder is empty for me). If able to do so, I’ll be happy to contribute with the pt-br (Brazilian Portuguese) version of it.
PS: I love the new activity stream functionality in 2.5.1!
