I have read through the discussion on hiding BP members, groups, and blogs, navigation and am currently using the code snippet provided.

    My question goes beyond that.

When users come to my home page (mysite.com), I want non-logged in users to get a login page and if they are logged in to get the home page.

Anyone have a code snippet for this?

Or a plugin? I looked at Members Only, which so far seems to work well, but it won’t let me exclude a page or two (e.g., features, about) which I need to do for people who need to learn about the site

using the members only plugin, you can redirect non-logged in users to whatever page you want. Just simply redirect the non logged in users to your (features, about me). Not sure how you would get them to both the pages, but you could redirect them to one of the pages. Go to your dashboard as Admin and look under Settings > Members only. There you can set some preferences and redirect options. Hope this helps

I appreciate your comments, but I already have arranged for the redirection.

What I want is to exclude pages from the plugin.

    Anyone?

I decided to use the is_user_logged_in function for the relevant portions of my site, instead of the plugin.
