Hello ,
i am looking for a plugin like bp-home that give the users some facilities … the reason that i’m not using bp-home is that it has many problems and its not updated for a while

Try asking the author of the plugin if they have any plans to upgrade it – if not consider hiring a developer to bring it up to scratch.
