Looking for an easy way to add links and images to the activity stream post

Any chance thereâ€™s a plug-in or another way to add WYSIWYG editor to the Activity Stream? I can add links and images since Iâ€™m familiar with HTML but I wanted users who sign up to be able to do the same with ease.

I use BuddyPress Links (0.3.2) on my site (http://lwees.com) and I like the outcome, check it out and let me know.
