Looking to pay a BP developer to help finish up a blog

Hello, I run the new blog http://shibainumix.com/. I’ve got things looking and functioning to about 75% of my expectations, but I’m finding that I’m barely having enough time to keep up with blog posts. I’m looking to pay a BP developer to help me with a few things.
-Optimize the mobile theme
-Create a gallery page for members to load photos
-allow members to create albums
-allow members to batch upload photos
-organize groups and forums
-Get facebook login to work

If you would like a developer, it would be best if you contacted them, so you don’t have a hoard of people emailing you. You must choose who you think is the best
I tried contacting a couple and they said they were busy. So far, I haven’t gotten any responses but if i get a flood of them all of a sudden, I’ll just have to close this post
