losing admin bar

i am using bp 1.5 on multisite with bp set as default blog on a subdomian…
when users are logged out i keep losing the admin bar completely
i keep changing “Hide admin bar for logged out users?” to “no” but it keep’s changing back to “yes”LOVE the New 1.5!!!!
