Mail limit

My host (Hostgator) has a limit of 500 mails / hour.
I want to use the Buddypres Group Email Subscription-plugin,
but I have a few hundred members (and I hope the site will grow), so that won’t work?What can I do to send more than 500 mail per hour?
Or can I spread the sending of mails?
