Members Can't Update Profiles

When a member selects ‘edit profile’, instead of being sent to:
http://SITE_URL.com/community/members/MEMBER_NAME/profile/edit/group/1/
they are being redirected to:
http://SITE_URL.com/community/members/MEMBER_NAME/profile/edit/group/1/:/SITE_URL.com/1/
resulting in a 404 Error

I have no idea what would be causing this redirect.
I have looked at the obvious… permalinks, .htaccess, etc.

If anyone has any ideas as to what might be causing this error, I’d appreciate your insight.

Running WP 3.5
BP 1.6.2

Has this always been broken, or has it just stopped working recently?

Stopped working after updating WP and BP to the latest versions.

I’ve yet to make any progress troubleshooting this issue. I have confirmed that the problem isn’t due to a plugin or theme conflict.
Any thoughts on what else I can try?
