Moderation option and working with current BP.

Hello. I love this plugin but had a couple questions. Is there any plan to allow moderation before links go live? I have a ton of trouble with spam links. I would happily pay for this as a pro version even. Also, I just wanted to check and see if this works with the current version of BP. I need to update but don’t want to mess up BP Links.
