    Is it possible to tell the nav bar to stay at the top of the iPhone screen and not scrowl when the page scrowls? Basically, I’d like it to stay at the top like a native iPhone app would.

    Not without hacks. Apple does not allow fixed position in mobile safari. They have added this feature to iOS 5 but it’s not widely used cureently. There will be an update to this plugin soon that is completely different.

    it will be basically a version of http://buddiphone.com
