navigation menus

I am using ( My BuddyPress 1.0 by Angelica Steele ) as my theme and I cant figure out how to make the navigation bar at the top of the page (on the header) into drop down menus.
right now there are tabs ‘home’ , ‘activities’, ‘Japanese in 30 hours’ , etc…
i would like for those tabs to be drop down . ‘home’ ‘japanese in 30 hours’
‘about’ ‘lesson 1′

lov yer handle!Always try to search the forums before asking a question that has very likely been asked before. You would have found this:
